Take Back the Night NKU

This was an event planned out with NKU and NVP. I was a part of the planning committee for this, set-up crew, and additionally aiding in connecting several members of the community to table for the resource fair. Lastly, I also introduced our keynote speaker to the audience. 

Human Trafficking, Health Equity Academic Collaborative

I was honored to be chosen as a member of Northern Kentucky University's project founding team, dedicated to advancing the objectives of a collaborative initiative aimed at enhancing comprehension of human trafficking across regional, national, and global domains within a comprehensive and interdisciplinary framework. Amidst these challenging circumstances, our primary objective is to heighten awareness of the injustices associated with human trafficking by providing education to college students and fostering partnerships with local coalitions, including K-12 communities. A Legacy of Hope: Stories of Women Who've Inspired Us

Starting in fall of 2021 NVP started working to put on a storytelling event. I was involved with this through beginning to end. I came up with the theme, aided in creating the speakers prompts to the audience, set-up, as well as introducing our host speaker, Khrys, to the audience.

This was an event hosted by the College of Informatics students at NKU where we connected students with local small business to solve a communication/media issue. I aided in generating student sign-ups and the set up of the event.
